Mind and Meditation


The Mind & Meditation Club is a group of people who come together weekly in a relaxed setting to collectively breathe, move, drop into mindfulness & simply be. We meet for meditation & beginner-level yoga on Fridays from noon-1pm & also on Wednesdays for a "Mindful Moment" (short low-key & informal breathing/mindfulness/meditation exercises to re-set your day) with Dr. Knight from 12:15-12:45, both in Lewis 1116. All are welcome-no money, experience, or special abilities required, though wear comfortable clothing if you're coming to yoga. Mats & anything else you'd need are provided. Come join us, our door is always open! :)
