Haunted Hallway

October 24, 2019

4 PM - 10 PM

October’s the time and EVMS is the host -

to young witches, goblins, and even to ghosts!
Not all streets are safe, but every child deserves a treat.

We need you to help us make this Halloween super sweet!

Volunteer opportunities include: greeting children at the door, running games,

organizing arts and crafts, and building a scary maze.

Put on your costume and get ready to scare - join Haunted Hallway, if you dare!

Since 2005, Haunted Hallway has been the longest running community outreach event at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Hosted by students at EVMS, children from schools in local, underserved areas come to the EVMS campus where they are met by a Halloween extravaganza. The event serves to provide an enjoyable Halloween experience for children who may be unable to celebrate the holiday due to safety concerns in their own neighborhoods. EVMS clubs and police officers from around Norfolk also host educational activities at the event, allowing the children to be engaged and feel connected to their community.
