SAGE = Students for the Advancement of Geriatrics Education

We are a group of EVMS students, professors, and faculty interested in the unique and complex healthcare challenges of patients 65 years and older.

  • Lunch Meetings (speaker presentation, panel discussion)

  • Outreach Events (Alzheimer's Walk, Ping Pong Tournament) 

  • Geriatric sit-down rounds in partnership with EVMS Glennan Center, 2nd Tuesday of each month (in-depth geriatric patient case presentation with lunch)

  • Beyond Clinic Walls (an older adult home visitation program)
